The Story So Far
First Branch in Kathmandu
We opened our first official branch in Kathmandu, welcoming 100+ students who successfully began their journey to Japan with strong support and high success rates.
Expanding to Chitwan
Opened our Chitwan branch, receiving an overwhelming response and helping 200+ more students pursue their dreams in Japan with quality training and guidance.
Reaching Pokhara
Expanded to Pokhara with a new branch, achieving a milestone of sending 500+ students to Japan, driven by strong community support.
Aiming Higher in Butwal
Launched our Butwal branch, targeting 1,000+ students to Japan this year. Our network now spans four branches across Nepal with unwavering commitment to quality.
Establishment of Customer Group HR Pvt. Ltd
Secured our Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) license, establishing Customer Group HR Pvt. Ltd as a fully legal manpower sending entity — a critical trust milestone connecting our training pipeline directly to Japanese employers.
Our Own Building in Kathmandu
Acquired our own permanent building at Samakhusi Jaldhara Marg-03, Kathmandu — a fully-owned campus with dedicated classrooms, counseling cabins, and administrative offices, replacing rented space with a permanent home for our students.
