Our Services
Customer Group Nepal (Consultancy) provides counseling, Japanese language training, and document guidance for Japan's SSW program. Manpower placement and sending is facilitated strictly by our licensed entity, Customer Group HR Pvt. Ltd (DoFE Licensed).
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information and documents
- Attend scheduled training, tests, and appointments
- Comply with all applicable Nepali and Japanese laws and regulations
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we work to support your visa, training, and placement process, we cannot guarantee visa approval, exam results, or job placement, as these depend on government authorities and third-party employers.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or decisions made by government bodies, partner organizations, or employers in Japan that are outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
